Exam Retry Registration

Candidates will not be charged the full examination amount for retries, rather a fee of $20 (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to the account.

Please allow one full business day for your account to be reactivated. You may use the same login information for proctor and candidate providing the same Exam Supervisor is used during the retry. Should you wish to register a new Exam Supervisor, candidate may use his/her same login id and password, however, a new login will be issued to the new supervisor (via email).

The same rules apply to proctoring re-examinations. Please be sure that new Exam Supervisors are familiar with the rules before the exam commences.
